As part of our company in Spain, with over 4,700 employees across 10 sites, we are looking for a creative, data-driven Campaign Specialist to join our team.
Purpose of the Role:
In this role, you will collaborate with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business growth. This position is target-driven, and you will work towards individual goals while being part of a larger onboarding team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
- Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
- Manage and increase client spend, upsell services, and ensure sustainability of campaigns.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls and other communication channels.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong motivation to meet or exceed productivity, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and composing compelling proposals.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to organize your day effectively.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Native level of Danish.
- High level of English.

- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

- Salary: 23,876.19 gross/year + up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses.
