We are currently recruiting Content Moderators for an international project in Porto, Portugal.

Position Details:

Role: Content Moderator

Location: Porto, Portugal (on-site)

Start Date: 18 June

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

This is a 24/7 rotational shift role, Monday to Sunday.

Shifts rotate between:

07:00 – 16:00

14:00 – 23:00

22:30 – 07:30

Rotational days off are provided according to the schedule.

Salary & Benefits:

€1,000 per month (14 payments per year)

Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

Company-provided accommodation (private room in shared housing)

€280 monthly deduction for accommodation (all utilities included)

Health insurance from day one (small employee contribution; fully covered after 6 months)

Main Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform policies

Identify and remove content that violates community guidelines

Ensure a safe and positive user experience

Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required

Meet quality and productivity targets with accuracy and consistency
