Urgent: Croatian Customer Support Advisor – Athens | €1,200 + Bonus

We are currently hiring Croatian speakers with minimum B2 English level to join an international customer support team in Athens, Greece.

Start Date: 19 June 2026

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• 08:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Salary & Benefits

• €1,200 Gross/month
• €1,200 Sign-On Bonus (for this hiring wave)
• Paid relocation support (up to €300 gross, paid with first salary)
• Hotel accommodation for the initial relocation period (3 weeks)
• Legal support with hiring documentation

Work Model

• Hybrid position (initial onsite training period required)
• Onsite for the first 9 weeks
• Remote work may be considered afterwards depending on performance and readiness
• Work-from-home approval for Croatian employees must be confirmed 2 weeks before start date
