As a Trust & Safety Investigator, you will assess potential policy violations, conduct investigations, and provide excellent customer service to users in escalated situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate escalated cases and ensure compliance with policies.
• Communicate with customers via phone, helpdesk, and live chat.
• Collect information and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide proactive solutions to safety concerns.

Requirements:

• Native-level Lithuanian.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Experience in customer service or investigation is a plus.
