We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the French market, dedicated to assisting clients with inquiries related to an innovative medical device. This role is based in the vibrant city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert support to French-speaking customers via phone and email
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions
- Assisting clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail
In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. You’ll also benefit from a Portuguese employment contract, which includes private health insurance, meal allowance, and ongoing support throughout your journey.
Relocation support is provided and includes furnished accommodations, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance to ensure a smooth transition to Lisbon.
