In this role, you will provide personalized beauty advice to customers via phone, email, live chat, and webforms, ensuring an outstanding service experience for the Greek market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer requests, including inquiries and complaints.
• Provide tailored beauty and product advice in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Native-level Greek and fluency in English.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service and/or the cosmetics sector is a plus.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use reporting tools.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
