Account Executive – German & English

We are hiring an Account Executive – German & English in Sofia, Bulgaria.

If you are bilingual, target-driven, and ready to own a full sales pipeline across German-speaking markets — this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Building a structured CRM pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
• Developing long-term relationships with clients in German-speaking markets
• Collaborating with a multilingual team in a fast-paced BPO environment

What we are looking for:

• German C1/C2 and professional English
• Background in sales, customer service, or outsourcing/BPO
• Strong pipeline management and CRM skills
• Motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
