Account Manager/Customer Lifecycle Manager (Swedish or Norwegian) Málaga, Spain

What Youll Be Doing:
- Maximize Partner Performance: Track partner performance, forecast success, and ensure were always hitting those key targets.

- Drive New Business: Own the pipeline! Spot new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals like a pro.

- Be the Market Expert: Manage a portfolio of partners, deeply understand their market and competition, and offer valuable insights.

- Own the Event Scene: Coordinate engaging webinars and webcasts, ensuring partners have the best experience and smooth registration.

- Collaborate for Success: Team up with pre-sales, marketing, and specialists to deliver comprehensive support and exceed partner expectations.

- Boost Revenue & Satisfaction: Partner closely with sales and telemarketing teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customers/partners are always thrilled.

- Measure Impact: Oversee partner marketing plans and co-marketing activities, track ROI, and optimize for better results.

- Grow the Partner Network: Recruit new partners that align with business needs and contribute to overall success.

- Represent Us at Partner Events: Build relationships and promote business growth at key partner events across the country.


What Were Looking For:

Languages: Native or fluent in Swedish or Norwegian, with advanced English skills.

Experience: 2-3+ years in B2B sales, with a minimum of 1 year in IT industry sales and account/customer management. Bonus points for channel experience and knowledge of partners/distributors!

Skills: Strong communication, goal-driven, and self-motivated. Youve got a proven sales track record, and youre always striving for more!

Attitude: Youre a go-getterachievement-driven, independent, and eager to take the lead.
