Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
Salary: 3,400 per month
Welcome bonus: 1 533,92 Euro

Job Description:

As a Travel Experience Advisor for Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by offering exceptional support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer care and resolving any account-related issues

• Assisting in account creation and troubleshooting

• Supporting communication between hosts and guests

• Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

Training:

• 6 weeks (2 weeks product training + 4 weeks shadowing)

Contract Hours: 8 hours per day

  • 300 BGN rental allowance to assist with housing during your contract (Rent in Bulgaria ranges from 250 to 400 EUR depending on location)
