German speaking content moderator

We're looking for German speaking Content Reviewers to join our client's team in the beautiful Portugal!

Start date 14th April

Salary 15.260 + 3240 euro/year

Yearly target bonus 5% of your gross salary

Yearly transportation bonus 720 euro

Daily meal allowance 7.63 euro

Relocation support 2500 euro if you're outside of Portugal, 1000 euro if relocating inside Portugal



What you'll do:

- Review user reports regarding website content

- Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner

- Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures

- Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community

- Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic, discriminatory or otherwise disturbing subjects on text or video formats.

What we're looking for:

- German B2/C1 level

- English B2 level

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- EU Citizenship or Portuguese residence
