Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Malta. In this hybrid role, you'll help ensure a secure online space for users to interact while providing high-quality support. This position requires strong analytical skills, adherence to company policies, and the ability to work independently. No phone support is required—your tasks will focus on reviewing and moderating content, handling inquiries via chat and email, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate online interactions, reviewing images, accounts, and text-based content.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries using appropriate tools.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for customer support quality and efficiency.
- Identify trends, report common user issues, and suggest improvements to workflows.
- Escalate fraud cases and policy violations through internal systems.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on moderation policies and procedures.
- Support different workflows, clients, and markets as needed.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native in Dutch or Flemish, with B2 level English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
- No prior experience required—your ability to learn and adapt is more important!
- Strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Working Schedule & Contract Details
- Work Hours: Rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 00:00 AM (morning and late shifts).
- Shift Schedule:
- 07:00 AM – 15:30 PM
- 15:30 PM – 00:00 AM
- Working Days: 5 days per week with 2 days off.
- Employment Type: Indefinite contract.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €200, awarded twice per year (after 6 months, then every February and August).
- Quarterly Government Support: €130 bonus.
