π Location: Lisbon, Portugal
πΌ Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break) on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 00:00
π― Signing Bonus: β¬2500
π Training: 15 working days
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to expert for SMB clients, helping them grow their businesses across multiple channels. Your responsibilities include:

Providing support via phone, email, and chat to help SMBs maximize their potential
β
Assisting SMB clients with self-service advertising solutions, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals
β
Delivering pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
β
Offering product and tool guidance to enhance the customer experience
β
Identifying trends and resolving challenges faced by multiple SMB clients
β
Acting as the voice of our customersβproviding valuable insights and feedback to our engineering team
