Were looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our growing team in sunny Malta. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of on-site and remote work. Relocation support is available for candidates coming from abroad.
Your Role:
As a Customer Support Agent, youll be the first point of contact for users, helping them resolve issues, navigate the platform, and providing exceptional service through email and live chat no phone calls required.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely, professional manner

Provide accurate information and effective solutions using internal tools

Support users with technical issues, product guidance, and general queries

Identify and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams

Stay updated on company policies and procedures through regular training

Meet performance targets related to quality and response time
What Were Looking For:

Native-level German and strong English skills

Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn quickly

A positive, can-do attitude and desire to help others

No prior experience needed full training is provided!
Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight)

5 working days per week with 2 days off

Initial training period (2 weeks) is on-site in Malta
