✅ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
✅ Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
✅ Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
📝 Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Relocation to Portugal is mandatory
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Open to relocating within Portugal
Additional Information:
- Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
