💼 Role: Customer Service Representative for a global client

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
✅ Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
✅ Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

📝 Requirements:
✅ Language skills: German (C1/C2) & English (C1).
✅ Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
✅ Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
✅ Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

💼 What We Offer:

🎯 KPI Bonus: Up to €2,000/year, eligible after 6 months.
📜 Contract Type: Permanent.
🕒 Working hours: Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 19:00 (shift-based).
