🌍 Remote Customer Service Representative – Tech & Audio Support (Spain, Mainland Only)

📍 Remote from anywhere in mainland Spain (excluding islands) or hybrid from our Barcelona office
🕒 Full-time · Temporary contract

đź§  Your mission:

  • Assist customers through incoming support requests
  • Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how
  • Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch 
  • Keep users updated with resolution progress

🎯 What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in German and a solid command of English
  • Great communication and customer care skills
  • Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS
  • Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
