CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS WITH ITALIAN IN LISBON - ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED

The Opportunity:

We are currently looking to hire Customer Support Specialists who are fluent in Italian to support big international projects for companies in Lisbon Portugal. Accommodation will be provided as well as relocation support.

About the role: 

• Providing customer support over the phone, email and chat
• Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need
  
• Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution

Profile:

• You are italian native or have an advanced level (C2/C1)
• You have a good level of English (B2 or above)
• You are a problem solver and can work in a fast paced setting
• You have high attention to detail and accuracy
• You are available to work on rotating shifts
• You have a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
