Contact Centre Agent – German Speaking

Location: Malta (On-site)
Start date: 15 February 2026
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00–18:30 (8-hour shift basis)

We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join an international team on-site in Malta.

This is a long-term opportunity with a clear salary progression, relocation support and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• German: C2 (native or near-native)
• English: C1
• Availability to work on-site in Malta
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills

Salary – Call Centre Agent Rates

• Month 1: €5.60 per hour
• Month 2: €8.10 per hour
• After probation: €8.50 per hour
• After 12 months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)
• After 18 months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits

• Performance bonus: up to €2,000 per year (pro-rated quarterly, eligible after 6-month probation)
• Language allowance: €250 per month (after training period)
• Relocation allowance: €2,000 (eligible after 1 month of employment)
