Your Role

As part of an international Customer Interaction team, you will:

  • Represent a global digital platform in a live, studio-based environment

  • Engage with online users in a professional, friendly, and energetic way

  • Deliver real-time interactions while maintaining high service standards

  • Create a positive and engaging user experience on camera

  • Follow structured on-screen processes and internal systems

  • Collaborate closely with production and operations teams
