Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
EU Passport required
️Languages: Serbian (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends
️Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad
What You'll Be Doing:

Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone with empathy and professionalism

Assist with product, account, and service-related inquiries

Record and manage customer interactions in internal systems

Escalate complex cases when needed according to internal processes

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely, accurate solutions
