We are hiring:

We are currently looking to hire Customer Experience Specialists who are proficient in Italian to support international compnaies. The jobs are in Lisbon and accommodation will be provided as well as relocation support.

About the Activities:

• Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
• Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need
  
• Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution

Your Profile:

• You are italian native or have an advanced level (C2/C1)
• You have a good command of English (B2 or above)
• You are a problem solver and can work in a fast paced setting
• You have high attention to detail and accuracy
• You are available to work on rotating shifts
• You have a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
