• Assist customers via chat, email, and phone
• Support users of digital platforms, services, or products
• No previous experience required – full paid training provided

Content Moderator

• Review and assess user-generated content
• Apply platform policies to ensure safe online environments
• Ideal for detail-oriented candidates with strong judgment skills

Sales Representative (B2B – Experience Required)

• Manage inbound or outbound B2B sales activities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Work with international markets and structured sales pipelines
• Previous B2B sales experience is mandatory

Requirements

• German at C1–C2 level
• English at B2+
• EU passport or valid EU work authorization
• Availability for full-time work (rotative shifts for support/moderation roles)
