🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
• Troubleshoot issues or escalate when needed
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain strong, professional relationships and show empathy
• Turn every interaction into a happy customer experience

🎯 What You Bring

• Fluency in German
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent communication & soft skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask
• Team-player attitude in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
