Greek Speakers Wanted – Customer Service & Content Moderator Roles in Lisbon (Accommodation + Signing Bonus)
We are currently hiring Greek-speaking professionals for two exciting on-site opportunities in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great chance to build an international career while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.
Both roles include company-arranged accommodation (private room) and a €1,500 signing bonus.
1. Customer Service Advisor – Greek + English
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Training Start Date: April 30, 2026
Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday – 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts)
2 rotating days off per week
At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client), the schedule may change to a 24/7 rotating shift model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support related to e-commerce products and services
- Assist customers via written and verbal communication channels
- Handle inquiries during high-volume promotional periods
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
Requirements
- Fluent Greek and good English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Empathy and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Content Moderator – Greek + English
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Working Hours:
24/7 rotating shifts – Monday to Sunday
2 rotating days off per week
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content according to platform policies
- Identify and take action on content that violates guidelines
- Maintain quality and consistency while managing high volumes of content
Requirements
- Fluent Greek and good English
- Strong moderation and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce environments
- Ability to handle high queue volumes during peak periods
Salary & Benefits (Both Roles)
- €920 x14 months
- €45 x11 monthly bonus
