EU Passport required
Languages: Czech or Croatian (C1+) + English (B2+)
Contract type: Full-time
Start dates: December 2025 a perfect time to start your next adventure before the holidays 
Training: Paid onboarding and full product training provided

Your Role

• Support travelers and hosts via chat, email, or phone
• Assist users with bookings, payments, and account questions
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely solutions
• Share feedback to improve user experience and platform performance
• Help make travel easier, safer, and more inspiring for everyone ️
