We’re looking for empathetic, customer-focused Healthcare Support Specialists who speak Portuguese and English to join our team supporting HALEON (GSK). You will be the voice of trusted global healthcare products, assisting consumers with high-quality guidance and support all from the comfort of your home in Bulgaria.
Start date: 15 December 2025
Location: Bulgaria (remote)
Base salary: 3300 BGN + benefits
Shifts: Rotational
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri | Shifts: 13:00 - 22:00, 16:00 - 01:00, 11:00 - 20:00
Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers regarding HALEON healthcare products
- Deliver accurate information, track issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Uphold company policies, quality standards, and compliance rules
Represent the HALEON brand with empathy, professionalism, and patience

Your Profile
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Good customer service skills (multitasking, communication, empathy)

Residency card (valid 12+ months), EU citizenship or refugee card
