Your Mission

As part of our Customer Experience / Interaction Team, you will:

• Represent a global digital entertainment brand in a live, studio-based environment
  
  

• Engage with online users in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner
  
  

• Guide customer interactions in real time while maintaining high service standards
  
  

• Create a welcoming, positive, and premium user experience
  
  

• Follow structured procedures and on-screen systems with accuracy
  
  

• Work closely with production and operations teams in a fast-paced setting
  
  

This is a role for people who are confident communicators, comfortable on camera, and motivated by performance-driven environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Russian or Korean (C1+ level)
  
  

• Good English skills for internal communication
  
  

• Strong presentation and communication abilities
  
  

• Comfortable working on camera and interacting live
  
  

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured processes
  
  

• Flexible to work in a 24/7 rotational schedule
  
  

• Positive attitude and professional appearance
  
  

Experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, performing arts, media, or sales is a plus — but full training is provided.

Location & Work Model

On-site studio-based role in:

• Bucharest, Romania (Russian speakers)
  
  

• Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Korean speakers)
  
  

This is not a remote position.
