About the Role:

Are you fluent in French and passionate about keeping social media safe? We are looking for Tier 2 Content Moderators to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will review and moderate content on a leading social media platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

As a Tier 2 Moderator, you will also handle escalated cases, assist with customer inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to maintain platform integrity.

Your Responsibilities:

️ Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, live streams).
️ Enforce community guidelines and platform policies.
️ Handle escalations from Tier 1 moderators and provide solutions.
️ Respond to user inquiries related to content moderation policies.
️ Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
️ Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Work Schedule:

Content Moderation: 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Customer Support: 9:00 21:00 (Day shifts).
Night shifts come with extra bonuses!

Requirements:

Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
