Job Description:

As a French Content Moderation Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content on a platform complies with company guidelines and community standards. You will review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure a safe and respectful online environment for users. This role involves using your fluency in French to effectively identify and handle inappropriate content.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate French-language user-generated content across various platforms (social media, websites, forums, etc.).

Ensure content complies with company policies and community guidelines.

Remove or flag inappropriate content such as offensive language, hate speech, and explicit material.

Respond to user queries regarding content policies and moderation decisions.

Maintain detailed records of content moderation actions and user reports.

Work closely with the moderation team to improve content policies and enhance user safety.

Qualifications:

Fluency in French (both written and spoken).

English language skills 

Good understanding of social media and digital content trends.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive content.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus, but not required.
