About the job Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) Relocation to Greece
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our clients international customer service team in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of well-known global brands, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat

Troubleshoot basic technical issues or product concerns and provide accurate information

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service

Accurately log all interactions and update customer records
Requirements:

Fluency in German (C1 level or above)

Good level of English (B2 or higher)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece
