Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the safety and security of our clients' online platforms, ensuring that all digital operations are in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze online activity to identify potential risks and threats to our clients' platforms

- Investigate and resolve any suspicious or fraudulent activities

- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate online risks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to digital trust and safety

- Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for maintaining a safe and secure online presence

- Create and maintain documentation on digital trust and safety processes and procedures

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Act as a point of contact for any trust and safety-related inquiries or incidents from clients or internal teams

- Participate in the development and improvement of our trust and safety tools and processes.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital or technology-focused company

- Strong understanding of online security and fraud prevention techniques

- Experience with data analysis and reporting

- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to digital trust and safety

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
