Available Roles
Content Moderator
- Monitor and review user-generated content
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
- Flag, escalate, and manage sensitive or inappropriate material
- Help create a safe and respectful digital environment
Customer Support Agent
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Czech language: C1-C2 level
- English: B1 or higher
- EU citizenship or valid work visa
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
