About the job Tech Support Agent Cloud Solutions (Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungar or Spanish)
We are hiring tech-savvy professionals already based in Spain for full-remote technical customer support roles, specializing in cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions. This is a great opportunity to join an international team under a permanent Spanish contract.
Position Details:

Language requirements: Fluent in one of the following Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian or Spanish plus English C1-C2

Contract type: Permanent (contrato indefinido)

Work model: 100% remote (you must already reside in Spain)

Field: Technical Customer Support cloud services, SaaS, digital tools, and similar

Schedule: Monday to Friday (no night shifts)

Training: Fully paid
Your Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based tools and platforms

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat, email or phone

Collaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvements

Create and improve internal documentation and client-facing FAQs
