Role Overview

  • Customer Support (70%): Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (no calls).
  • Content Moderation (30%): Review marketplace/app content, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce policies by reviewing images, accounts, and text.
  • Provide accurate information and meet support targets.
  • Report violations, fraud, and user trends.
  • Suggest workflow improvements.
  • Participate in training and support different workflows as needed.

Requirements

  • C2 German & English level B1 or higher.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • No experience needed just attention to detail, quick decision-making, and a willingness to learn!

Work Schedule & Salary

  • Shifts: Rotational (07:00-15:30 & 15:30-00:00) | 5 days/week
  • Government support: 130 quarterly
  • Contract: Indefinite
