Job Description:

As a French Customer Service Representative, your role will be to assist French-speaking customers by providing excellent support for inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will help resolve problems and provide accurate information in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries and product-related questions.

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Address customer complaints and resolve them effectively.

Document customer interactions accurately.

Qualifications:

Fluency in French (both written and spoken).

English language skills 

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
