 We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international team in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to our clients across Czech, Dutch, and French speaking markets. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Czech, Dutch, or French.

Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Handle inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and technical support.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide feedback to management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Requirements:

Fluent in Czech, Dutch, or French (written and spoken) – a second language is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays) as needed.

A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
