Role: Customer Support for a Travel Platform
Location: Katowice, Poland (On-Site)
Salary: 6,500 PLN/month
Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Sunday, in rotating shifts
Your Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers via voice, chat, and email with travel-related inquiries, including:
Providing information about offerings
Advising and assisting customers
Handling inbound interactions (non-sales)
Helping with booking transportation & lodging
Requirements:
Languages: Greek (C2) & English (B2)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
