Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Azerbaijani.
- Provide accurate resolutions for inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Share detailed product information and resolve account-related concerns.
- Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (C1/C2 level) and strong English for internal communication.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
- A customer-oriented mindset.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous, but no mandatory training is provided.
