Key Responsibilities

  • Share detailed product information and resolve account-related concerns.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani (C1/C2 level) and strong English for internal communication.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
  • A customer-oriented mindset.
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous, but no mandatory training is provided.
