Position: Customer Care Representative - MUST BE LOCATED IN ATHENS (the company provides financial support for relocation)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, and chat

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complex issues

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the team

- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

- Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality metrics

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and German

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
