About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for content quality? We are looking for a French-speaking Poor Quality Labeling Specialist to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will identify and label low-quality content on a leading social media platform, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and maintaining high content standards.

As a Poor Quality Labeling Specialist, you will play a key role in evaluating digital content and helping improve the user experience by flagging misleading, irrelevant, or low-quality material.

Your Responsibilities:

️ Analyze and assess content quality based on platform guidelines.
️ Identify and label poor-quality, irrelevant, or misleading content.
️ Ensure compliance with platform standards and escalate violations.
️ Work closely with internal teams to enhance labeling accuracy.
️ Provide insights and recommendations for content quality improvements.

Work Schedule:

Content Moderation: 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Night shifts come with extra bonuses!

Requirements:

Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).

Residency or willingness to relocate to Portugal.
