Client Support in Greece (Estonian + Russian Languages)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Support Advisor to join our team in Piraeus, Greece, supporting customers for a leading e-cigarette company. This is a relationship-building role, where you will assist users on their journey to quit smoking and switch to alternative tobacco products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via voice, email, social media, and video calls.
• Guide users on charging devices, ordering refills, finding service locations, and troubleshooting issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth transition to alternative products.
• Handle inquiries about shipping details and order statuses.
• Location: Piraeus, Greece
• Working Hours: Monday - Sunday,  09:00 - 19:00

Requirements:

• Fluency in Estonian, Russian, and English (spoken & written).
• 21 years or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Ability to conduct video calls with customers.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

Relocation Support:
