Customer Support Representative German & English (On-Site in Bulgaria)

Location: On-site Bulgaria

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts, 2 days off per week.

Flexible shifts available:

  • Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Late Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
  • Part-time options available

Contract Type: Full-Time & Part-Time positions available

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via email & chat (95%), ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and adhere to company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German & English (C1 level).
  • Strong written communication skills for email & chat support.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
