Customer Support Representative German & English (On-Site in Bulgaria)

Location: On-site Bulgaria
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts, 2 days off per week.
Flexible shifts available:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Late Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
- Part-time options available
Contract Type: Full-Time & Part-Time positions available
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email & chat (95%), ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and adhere to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German & English (C1 level).
- Strong written communication skills for email & chat support.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
