In this on-site role, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support on a variety of topics such as account issues, product information, and troubleshooting.
📍 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
🗣️ Languages: Dutch (C2) & English (B2+)
💼 Role Type: Full-time
🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
📚 Training: 3 weeks, on-site
️ Relocation Support Provided
🛂 EU Passport Required
🧭 What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Support users with account management, orders, or product-related questions
- Document interactions using internal systems and tools
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Deliver service excellence while meeting performance KPIs
