About the Role:

Are you passionate about social media and live streaming? We are looking for French-speaking Social Media LIVE R1 Specialists to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will monitor and moderate live content to ensure a safe and engaging experience for users on a leading social media platform.

As a Social Media LIVE R1 Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing live streams, enforcing platform guidelines, and handling escalations related to live content. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team ensuring high-quality live interactions.

Your Responsibilities:

️ Monitor and moderate LIVE streaming content in real time.
️ Enforce platform policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
️ Identify and escalate policy violations or harmful content.
️ Assist content creators with inquiries related to live streaming.
️ Work closely with internal teams to improve live moderation strategies.

Work Schedule:

24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Night shifts come with extra bonuses!

Requirements:

Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).

Residency or willingness to relocate to Portugal.
