About the Role:

Are you a Spanish speaker looking for an exciting opportunity in the fintech industry? Join our team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Representative for a leading payment solutions account. Help customers with inquiries, transactions, and account support while ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Support users with payment processing, account issues, and transactions
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

Salary: 870 euros/month (paid over 14 months)
Bonus: Up to 50 euros /month (paid over 12 months)

What You Need:

Fluent Spanish (spoken & written) and good English skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Availability to work in rotating shifts, including nights
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
