Shifts: 24/7 rotation, Monday-Sunday
Salary: 2400 BGN Gross/ Month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Albanian and English to join our team in Sofia. In this full-time role, you will help create a safe and trustworthy digital environment by moderating content and advertisements, ensuring compliance with platform policies. Please note that the role may involve exposure to sensitive content, including violence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content and advertisements.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
• Identify and escalate content that violates safety standards.
• Work in shifts within a 24/7 schedule.

Requirements:

Fluency in Albanian and English (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism.
Willingness to work on-site in Sofia in rotating shifts.
