Content Moderator - German/French- Porto

Were looking for German and French-speaking Content Moderators to join an exciting social media project in Porto, Portugal.
In this role, you'll ensure that user-generated content meets platform standards, helping create a safe and engaging online space for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content in German or French

• Apply platform guidelines to maintain a safe community environment

• Identify and escalate potentially sensitive or inappropriate content

• Ensure high accuracy and consistency in content decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user safety and content quality

Requirements

• Fluency in German or French (B2 level or native)

• Good English communication skills (B2+)

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to online trends

• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience

• Tech-savvy with good typing and multitasking skills

• Prior experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
