B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) – Hybrid | Sofia

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team in Sofia.

This is a full-time hybrid role (office + remote) in a fast-paced digital advertising environment, ideal for sales professionals who enjoy outbound sales and business development.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calling to identify and qualify B2B leads
• Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
• Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline
• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions
• Actively contribute to revenue growth and sales targets

Requirements

• Native-level Spanish (mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
• Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset

What We Offer

• Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)

• Gross monthly salary: 3,300 BGN
