We are currently seeking a talented Norwegian-English Customer Care Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Norwegian-speaking clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. This position is based in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires full-time availability.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time in Sofia, Bulgaria
