What You'll Do

• Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email

• Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics

• Handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems

What You Need

• Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)

• Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability

• Customer-focused attitude (cross-selling experience is a plus)
